Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Mila Barcellos Cleaning (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you send us

When you request an estimate or send a message, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, details about the property and the cleaning you need, your preferred date and how you’d like to be contacted.

When you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. WhatsApp and your phone carrier handle those messages under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare your estimate.
• To schedule and carry out cleaning services you book with us.
• To keep basic records of our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How the form works

Form submissions are sent by email to Mila Barcellos Cleaning through our web host, and a short text-message alert with your name, phone and requested service may be sent to the owner’s phone. The website also records the time of a request and a temporary, non-identifying count of requests per connection to block spam.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. It loads one typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy to explain what is collected and how to opt out.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and messages only as long as needed to respond, provide our services and meet legal or tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing kamilabarcellos99@gmail.com or calling (617) 823-5425.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
